Privacy Policy

For the purposes of the provisions in current legislation on the protection of data of a personal nature, through this Privacy Policy, Malaga Diputación de Málaga (hereinafter, the “Diputación de Málaga”) informs users (hereinafter, the “Users”) who access the Electronic Commerce Platform (www.shoppingsaboramalaga.com) (hereinafter, the “Web-Platform”) and each of the virtual spaces assigned to the enterprises participating in the project “Program to Promote the Agri-Food Productive Sector and Retail Market through New Channels in the Province of Malaga” about its policy of protection of personal data, so that they can freely decide whether to provide Diputación de Málaga the personal data that may be required or that can be got from them during their access and use of the Web-Platform.

The only personal data to which Diputación de Málaga will have access through the Web-Platform will be those provided by the User voluntarily, as well as those collected through Cookies installed and whose Cookie Policy can be found in section 1.4. of this Privacy Policy.

 

1. The Processing of Personal Data Supplied Through the Web-Platform

Diputación de Málaga, with head office in Calle Pacífico 54, 29004 Málaga (Spain), informs the User that the data he/she can provide through the Web-Platform will be included in a file of personal data whose owner is Diputación de Málaga.

The purposes of data processing will vary by the section of the Web-Platform where he/she provides the data. Therefore, we recommend Users to carefully read the contents of the data protection clause to provide their data.

Data collected will be included in a database owned by Diputación de Málaga with the aim of handling and reply to comments or suggestions submitted by users.

User Registration

 Data collected will be included un a data base owned bu Diputación de Málaga with the aim of handling the data of users in performing the various orders of products, so that they may be allowed to manage Users’ data when purchasing products, in order to conduct monitoring and personalized control of the products.

Order

Information provided by the User in the course of the ordering process will be incorporated into a database owned by Diputación de Málaga and will be used to satisfy and fulfil his/her order.

For this purpose, User’s data will be communicated to the company with which placed the order.

Once the order is satisfied and the payment fulfilled, and unless the user has given consent to use his/her personal information for other purposes, it will be blocked for future use and will be removed after the expiration of the period of storage required by tax and trade regulations.

 

If users provide data ideology, beliefs, religion, trade union membership, health, sexual life or racial origin, which are not at all required in any case by this paragraph by Diputación de Málaga, through his/her feedback, the acceptance and consent to the sending of this information means, and so declares the holder of such data, a consent to treatment by Diputación de Málaga of such data.

Diputación de Málaga may send offers or advertising and promotional communications about products and services that either or the beneficiary enterprises offer through the Web-Platform (SAT Productos de la Cabra Malagueña, Montexaquez Oliva, S.L., Lujo al Paladar, Abejas y Miel, Cervezas Murex, Cortijo la fuente, Pasas de la Axarquia , Trysor Export, S.L., Bodegas José Molina, Agasur, Sola de Antequera S.A., Francisco Campos Espinosa, S.L. (Bodega el Pimpi), Aceites Molisur S.L., Pan Piña, Olivarera Manzanilla Aloreña S.C.A, Bravoliva, S.L., World Wine Reference, Aceite Castillo de la Estrella, Aceitunas Bravo, La huertezuela, La Molienda, Comercial Plaza Film, S.L., Campos Benamayor S.L.U, Dulces Artesanos Rivas) electronically via e-mail or other equivalent to the Users who have given their express consent.

In this regard, the User expressly consents to receive such communications through these means.

Diputación de Málaga informs the User that he/she can unsubscribe from these communications by writing an email to the following address oficinasaboramalaga@malaga.es.

Likewise, the beneficiary enterprises that offer their products through the Web-Platform with which the User deals will be able to send offers or advertising and promotional communications about products, equivalent to those users who have given their express consent.

In this regard, the User expressly consents to receive such communications through these means.

 

2. Rights of Rectification, Access, Cancellation and Opposition
